Superior Custom Flooring provides custom flooring installation, repair, and refinishing services in the greater Philadelphia and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and a signed project agreement between you and the Company.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact forms or any other means on the Site. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided through our Site, by phone, or in person are non-binding and subject to change based on the actual scope of work, material costs, and site conditions. A binding project agreement with final pricing will be provided before any work begins. Deposits may be required as outlined in your project agreement.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Superior Custom Flooring is not responsible for messages that are not delivered due to carrier network issues, device incompatibility, or other conditions outside of our control.
